We've just turned over another year into 2018.

If you're interested in really changing your life then it isn't just about going to the gym or keeping fit. It's about a holistic approach to the whole you. If we simply gave you some information about what fitness exercises you should do and why then we wouldn't be helping you the most.

This is especially true if you are prone to an injury or have chronic pain. It isn't at all helpful to complete a series of exercises if they just aren't going to help you get the best from the effort you are putting in.

That's why we take a different approach to a lot of personal trainers in the local area.

Why is Hydration Important to Your Health?

I’ve recorded a video where I talk about hydration and why it’s important to our overall health. How it’s one of the best things to drink (obv. The body is highly concentrated with water) and why you should be concentrating on staying hydrated. One thing I always pass on to our clients at Masters Personal Training is the fact that they should be adding Himalayan salt to their water. This helps with your own hydration and absorption of water and the mineral content.
