If you're interested in really changing your life then it isn't just about going to the gym or keeping fit. It's about a holistic approach to the whole you. If we simply gave you some information about what fitness exercises you should do and why then we wouldn't be helping you the most.

This is especially true if you are prone to an injury or have chronic pain. It isn't at all helpful to complete a series of exercises if they just aren't going to help you get the best from the effort you are putting in.

That's why we take a different approach to a lot of personal trainers in the local area.

One question we get asked is: “How differently do women need to train than men” and the answer to that question is, well, a little differently. We’re made very similar but also very differently. If you go into a health centre or fitness club then you’ll commonly see more women in the cardio areas and more men in the weights areas.
