One question we get asked is: “How differently do women need to train than men” and the answer to that question is, well, a little differently. We’re made very similar but also very differently. I’ve recorded a video where I talk about hydration and why it’s important to our overall health. How it’s one of the best things to drink (obv. The body is highly concentrated with water) and why you should be concentrating on staying hydrated.
